If you’ve never done Reformer Pilates or it’s been a while, our Basics Class is the perfect place to begin.
It’s slow-paced, supportive, its a great place to start if you are just beginning.Â
We teach you how the machine works, how to move safely, and how to feel confident in every exercise.
You won’t feel lost or out of place. We’ve got you the whole way.
Once you’re comfortable, you can move into any of our other classes.

1: Pack inclusions
This pack includes Unlimited Pilates classes. It is a limited-time offer and only available during the holiday promotion period.
2: Expiry
All classes expire 28 days from first booked class. STRICTLY No extensions, pauses, or transfers are available.
3: Non-refundable
The Holiday Bonus Pack is non-refundable once purchased.
4: Booking policy
All classes must be booked through the STRONGROOM Studio app. Places are subject to availability.
5: Cancellation policy
Our 6-hour cancellation policy applies to every class booked.
6: One pack per person
Limit of one Holiday Bonus Pack per person. Cannot be shared between clients.
7: Not valid with other offers
This pack cannot be used with any other discounts, promotions, or credits.
8: Suitable for all levels
New clients are encouraged to start with a Basics class if they are new to Reformer Pilates.
9: Studio expectations
Clients must follow STRONGROOM Studio safety guidelines and instructor direction at all times.
10: Right to refuse service
STRONGROOM Studio may refuse service if behaviour or safety standards are not met.
