Reformer Basics
New to reformer? Discover why we love it in this fun 30-minute class!
All of our reformer Pilates classes are beginner-friendly and suitable for EVERY body—regardless of age, shape, size, or experience.
Start with Basics to get to know the reformer, build confidence, and feel comfortable with its movements.
If you’re new to Pilates, attending at least one Basics class during your intro will help you learn the machine and get ready to enjoy all our classes with ease!

Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates classes are more dynamic and faster-paced than our Basics Reformer Pilates Class, which means you might find yourself out of breath. But don’t worry—everybody works at their own pace!
We’ll provide options to either spice things up or cool things down, so you can always choose what feels right for you. Remember, it’s all about what your body needs on the day, so feel free to take as many breaks as you need.
Everyone is encouraged to give everything a try, and you’ll be supported every step of the way!

Athletic Reformer
Athletic Reformer Pilates is a high-energy workout that blends cardio, resistance training and even some floor work.
What to Expect: Heart-pumping cardio bursts that boost your endurance, paired with strength exercises to challenge your entire body.
The Goal: Build strength, improve flexibility, and boost your coordination—all while leaving class feeling energised and unstoppable!

STRONG Reformer
Ready to try strength training? This class is the perfect place to start!
We’ll warm up on the reformer before moving to the mat for focused strength training using dumbbells.
To keep things fun, we’ll finish with a feel-good reformer Pilates session, leaving you with the perfect balance of strength and Pilates benefits.
It’s effective, fun, and designed to leave you feeling amazing!

Lift STRONG
This low-rep workout is designed to challenge you and push you to new heights.
You’re in control—you choose your own weights, so you can work at a level that feels challenging but sustainable.
Our supportive trainers are on hand to guide you through each movement, and you’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish. We use TRX, barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells, so expect the unexpected.
With a maximum of 6 people per class, you’ll get personalised attention and support. Whether you’re new to strength training or a pro, our Lift STRONG class is the perfect way to challenge your body and push yourself to new heights.

Stretch
Take a moment to breathe, unwind, and stretch.
Our Stretch class is your time to slow down and move with intention. We guide you through a soothing flow designed to improve flexibility and ease tension.
This class is perfect for releasing stress, enhancing posture, and increasing your range of motion. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and beautifully balanced—like a deep breath for your body and mind.

STRONG
Think of STRONG class as your ultimate personal training program! It’s all about building strength—not Pilates—focusing on low reps, set breaks, and 3-4 sets per exercise. Think squats, chest presses, bicep curls, and rows.
You’re in control of your pace and weights, making it perfect for every fitness level. Over the month, you’ll master the moves, push your limits, and get stronger with each session. This approach, called ‘Progressive Overload,’ boosts strength and reduces soreness—so you feel better and stronger every time!
While you work at your own pace, we’ll be right there to guide your form, cheer you on, and celebrate your progress.
It’s challenging, fun, and leaves you feeling unstoppable!

STRONG Balance
STRONG Balance is all about building a strong, healthy body through controlled movements.
This class combines mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, and strength training to improve your stability and mobility. The focus is on quality over quantity, emphasising slow, purposeful movements and control.
It’s suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Whether you’re older, pre or postnatal, or anywhere in between, you’ll find this class adaptable to your needs.

Flow Reformer
Immerse yourself in the flowy and invigorating world of Flow Reformer. Activate, lengthen, and centre your body with fluidity and grace. Choose your level of intensity and embark on a fabulous journey.
