We’re excited to introduce Feel Good Feb.
This is the first time we’re running it, and we’d love you in.
Feel Good Feb is a simple, feel-good 4-week challenge running 1–28 Feb, designed to help you build healthy habits and routine in a way that works for you.
Here’s how it works.
The non-negotiable
You commit to 3 studio classes per week for the full four weeks. That’s it. Consistency is the magic.
The fun part
You’ll choose one habit in each category:
FIT
A movement habit
FOCUS
A mindfulness habit
FEEL
A wellness habit
FLEX
Anything you want to work on personally
For FIT, FOCUS and FEEL, you’ll choose from a list of simple options (we’ve made it easy).
Your FLEX habit is completely up to you. This is where you make it personal.
Your tracker
Everyone gets their own Feel Good Feb tracker (in the studio Wednesday 🤞🏼).
You’ll:
• Write your chosen habits on your card
• Pop your name on it
• Put it up on the wall in the studio
• Mark off each day as you go
On the back of your card, there’s space to write a personal goal. Something that matters to you. Flip it over whenever you need a reminder of why you’re showing up.
The goal
We’re not chasing perfect days. Life happens.
What we are aiming for is consistency, because that’s where the magic happens.
By the end of the month, we want you to see a positive trend. Even if it starts small.
Bonus
We’re also running a month-long step challenge alongside Feel Good Feb using the StepUp app.
A heads up… the instructors are already in there and let me tell you, it’s WILD 😅
The step counts are next level. No idea how some people are clocking these numbers (Silvana & Fran, we see you 👀).
Totally optional, but if you love a bit of friendly competition or just want an extra nudge to move more, it’s a great add-on.
There’ll be a QR code in the studio to join, and we’ll be cheering (and quietly stalking the leaderboard) all month.
