Our ‘Bumps & Bubs‘ Class is about welcoming you into the joy of movement and exercise in a safe and supportive space!
Whether you’re preparing for the arrival of your little one or you’ve already welcomed them into the world, our sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body and build strength.
We invite you to bring your baby along for the journey, creating special moments as you move together. Your little one can join you on the reformer, relax in their pram, or have their own comfy spot on a mat. This is a judgment-free zone, and we understand that perfect behaviour is not the expectation.
Our focus is on building overall strength, ensuring a positive and empowering experience for both parent and your baby. Please note that this class is suitable for babies who have not yet started crawling.
Feel free to bring your bub in their capsule, place them in a bouncer, or let them explore on a cozy mat. Join us for a wonderful blend of fitness and connection, where you and your baby are at the heart of the experience.

Open Studio
In Open Studio you have the freedom to work on your Clinical Pilates program or you can choose to do a Lift STRONG or STRONG program. Both class programs are written up on the walls for you. An instructor will be in the studio, they may be working with somebody else, but they will be there for any questions and support if needed. They act as a resource for you, offering feedback, guidance, and technical expertise to help you achieve your goals.
Open Studio is great for you to come in and work on your specific program in your own time. Stay for up to 60 minutes.
Open Studio is a dynamic and engaging environment that provides you the freedom, support, and guidance you need to succeed in your personal fitness, prehab or rehab journey.

Clinical Pilates
Our Clinical Pilates sessions focus on rehabilitating injuries, aiding post-surgery recovery, and strengthening before surgery (prehab). Building strength, improving range of motion, and enhancing control before surgery can lead to better outcomes and faster recovery.
