Why STRONGROOM?
After years of teaching Pilates, I realised we could do even more to help people build strength. Pilates is incredible, but adding strength training could take it to the next level. That’s how STRONGROOM was born—a studio where Pilates and strength come together to give you the best of both worlds.
Seeing wonderful people feeling overwhelmed by traditional gyms inspired me to create a space where everyone feels welcome and supported. My team and I built STRONGROOM to be a place where anyone, no matter their experience, can feel confident and empowered to get stronger.
At STRONGROOM, it’s more than just a workout—it’s a community. We laugh, we lift, and we grow stronger together, both inside and out. Every journey is celebrated, and everyone is welcome.

Fave thing to do on the weekend: Get out for fresh air and (hopefully) sunshine, for walkies with my partner and my pooch Lola!
Why did you get into pilates?: For me, movement is a non negotiable. I’ve always loved moving my body however it did firstly feel like a chore and something I’d punish myself for. I know so many have experienced this. Fast forward to the present – post training/courses learning about the body and the incredible things our bodies are capable of, and just how impactful movement is; I’m very much a movement/fitness/exercise nerd in the best ways. Movement is truly is an amazing source for both our minds and bodies.
I’m so honoured I get to facilitate this and guide others to be and feel welcome, nurtured and supported through movement and shown that the body is incredibly strong and adaptable.
