Our 6-Week Lift Program is designed to help you build a strong, healthy body by learning to lift weights safely and effectively, all with the guidance of our expert trainers in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Not sure where to start? Perfect! If you’re a total beginner or nervous about picking up weights, we’ve got you covered. Our expert trainers will guide you step-by-step, teaching you proper form, helping you build confidence, and showing you how strength training can transform your body and mindset, no experience needed

With small classes of just 6 people, you’ll get personalised attention and support from your trainer, ensuring you stay on track and reach your goals.

The program includes:
